Sam Schmir is a digital strategist whose work has shaped public engagement from youth-led movements to the highest levels of government. He currently serves as Associate Director of Communications & Digital at March For Our Lives. Previously, he was Digital Engagement Coordinator in the White House Office of Digital Strategy under President Biden, where he helped build out the Executive Branch's first-of-its-kind creator engagement program — building relationships with hundreds of digital creators and hosting dozens of engagements with the President, Vice President, Cabinet members, and other administration officials. Before the White House, he led marketing and communications at Gen-Z for Change and managed digital strategy for 18by Vote and Amnesty International. His work sits at the intersection of creator culture and institutional communications.
